Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for directing Respondent No.2/SHO/Investigating Officer, Police Station: Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi, to add Sections 467/468/471 IPC in FIR No.0084/2025, in terms of Order dated 29.01.2025 passed by learned MM in Ct. Case No.367/2024 titled as M/s Mod Chits Pvt. Ltd. vs. Ashok Goel and Ors. 2.
It is submitted that on the directions of the learned Trial Court vide Order dated 29.01.2025, FIR No.0084/2025 under Section 420 IPC was registered at PS: Rajinder Nagar, Delhi. Main grievance of the Petitioner in the present case is that there is clear case made out from the Complaint for adding Sections 467/468/471 IPC.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions from IO, submits that investigations are ongoing and if during investigations it is found that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. offences under Sections 467/468/471 IPC are prima facie made out, the same shall be added in the FIR.
