The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers: - "It is, therefore, most graciously prayed to this Hon'ble Court that the record of the Trial Court of present case may kindly be called for proper adjudication and after examining the same the impugned order dated 23-04-2024 may kindly be set aside and case may kindly be transferred/dismissed for want of territorial jurisdiction in the interest of justice.

It is, further prayed that the impugned order dated 23-042024 passed by Addl Principal Judge, Family Court, west District Tis hazari May kindly be stayed till the decision of this Hon'ble Court.

Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner in the interest of justice."
