The present petition has been filed impugning the order dated 05.10.2023 passed by the learned ADJ, South-East, Saket Court, New Delhi, in M.C.A. No.19/2018 titled as "Subey Singh vs. DDA". The petitioner herein is the appellant before the learned Trial Court. 2.

Perusal of the record has shown that the learned Trial Court record was not summoned, accordingly the Trial Court record be requisitioned on the next date of hearing.
