Learned counsel for appellant/applicant has stated that earlier appellant had moved an application under Order XLIV Rule 1 CPC seeking permission to file the appeal as indigent person but subsequently, he has even deposited the court fee and, therefore, to the extent above, the aforesaid application becomes infructuous. It has been confirmed by the Registry that court fee has already been deposited vide Diary No. 1574615/2024 dated 18.05.2024. 2.

In view of the above, present Regular First Appeal may be placed before the Roster Bench on 12.08.2024.
