The appellant-Society challenges order dated 22.05.2025 whereby the application filed by the plaintiff under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC has been allowed.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for appellant does not press the present appeal and seeks to withdraw the same, without prejudice to his rights and contentions.
