The present matter has been listed on office note. 2.
By order dated 20th December, 2023 passed in the present petition, this court had directed the respondent to file the status of the policy as directed in paragraph 21 of the order dated 22nd August, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 5508/2023 within four weeks.

Since the four weeks period has already elapsed and the said status of the policy has not been filed by the respondent, the present petition has been listed before this court.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that further time of four weeks may be granted for filing the status of the policy in question.
