The instant contempt case under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the contemnors for intentionally and deliberately disobeying/noncompliance of the orders/direction dated 31.07.2024 passed by this Court. 4.
