Learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, submits that since the bailiff has already executed the proceedings in terms of the order dated 19.08.2025, she does not wish to press the present application and seeks to withdraw the present application though, with liberty to press the same reliefs before the learned executing court. 4.

Considering that this Court has not gone into the merits of the application, the request for withdrawal with liberty made by the petitioner is acceded.
