un-authorised construction in the property in question situated in Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi.

However, the petitioner has informed that in terms of the directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the above said building has already been demolished and, therefore, nothing survives in the present contempt petition.

In view of the statement made by the petitioner in person, the petition is disposed of as not pressed.
