The petitioner/institution is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for alleged wilful disobedience of the directions of this Court contained in the order dated 15.07.2021 in WP(C) No.4824/2021 and also similar directions which have been passed subsequently vide order dated 08.10.2021 in WP(C) No.11153/2021.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 is present on advance notice.

of the petitioner/institution have been taken off from the online portal but also vide memo dated 30.07.2024, the petitioner has been directed to cease from carrying on with the admission process for the academic session 2024-25 and onwards.

Apparently, as yet no decision has been taken by the DGT. 5.
However, after some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner requests that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to institute a fresh writ petition challenging the impugned memo dated 30.07.2024 in accordance with law. 6.
The petition is dismissed with liberty so sought. 7.
