The parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The Settlement Agreement dated 13th May, 2025 has been placed on record, which bears the signatures of the authorised representatives of the petitioner and respondent no. 1.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and do not find the same to be unlawful.

4.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

5.

In terms of the aforesaid settlement, the present petitions are disposed of.
