This petition has been filed complaining of non-compliance of the Order dated 20.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 7188/2024, titled Union of India & Ors. v. Rameshwar Tiwari, whereby it was directed as under:
"6. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and perused the record, we are of the view that the matter needs to be considered at some length.
However, taking into account the respondent's advanced age as also the fact that the petitioners have approached this Court after more than one and a half years of the passing of the impugned order, even though we are inclined to examine the issue raised by the petitioner, we are of the view that operation of the impugned order should be stayed only to the extent that it directs all arrears of pension to be payable to the respondent.

petitioner paying arrears of pension w.e.f., January 2021 and, henceforth, continuing to pay him regular monthly pension, the operation of the remaining portion of the impugned order will remain stayed till the next date."

We are informed that during the pendency of the present petition, the respondents have now complied with the said order. 3.
In view of the above, we do not deem it proper to proceed further with this petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
