This is a petition for quashing of FIR no. 366/2019 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC registered at PS Bhajanpura as also the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Status report filed. The Investigating Officer states that loan account with PNB Housing Finance Limited has since been settled. However, it is submitted that charge sheet has been filed against the 4 accused whereas the present petition has been filed by 3 out of 4 such accused persons. 3.

According to the Ld. APP, the fourth accused namely Saurav Giri has been declared proclaimed offender.
