Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 164/2023 of PS Shaheen Bagh for offence under Section 429 IPC and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. The quashing is sought on the ground that owner of the killed cattle has settled the disputes with the petitioner. 2.

After addressing partly, counsel for petitioner on instructions of his client seeks permission to unconditionally withdraw this petition so that petitioner faces trial.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
