The Petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the summoning Order dated 08.02.2017, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi whereby only one out of four prosecutrix, has been summoned. 4.
