The present petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking transit anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 141/2025 registered at PS Kotwali Barmer (Rajasthan). 2.

attention of the Court to order dated 08.08.2025 to contend that the petitioners were granted protection by this Court with further direction to report to the SHO of Police Station, Barmer.

He submits that pursuant to the said direction, the petitioner had reported to the SHO Police Station, Barmer.

ASI Narna Ram from Police Station Kotwali Barmer, Rajasthan is present in Court. He has handed across the bar a status report and the same is taken on record.

The status report records that as the business dispute between the complainant and the petitioners was found to be of civil nature, a resultant order was obtained and final report has been prepared and presented in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barmer vide Road Certificate No. 258 dated 16.10.2025. The relevant paragraph from the said status report reads thus:
"As the business transaction dispute was found to be of civil nature, the resultant order was obtained and the final form FR Adam Vaku (Civil Nature) No. 181 dated 15.10.2025 was prepared and presented in the Court of Mr. Chief Judicial Magistrate Barmer through Road No. 258 dated 16.10.2025."

In view of the above status report, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petitions. 7.
The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
