% 29.05.2017 Mr. Raghvendra M. Bajaj, Advocate states that the suggestion given by Mr. Aly Mirza on the last date of hearing is not acceptable to the University.

Mr. Aly Mirza, on instructions states that the petitioner is ready to accept the fresh appointment in the University in terms of the EC minutes dated November 20, 2015 without any pre-condition except that the petitioner shall make a representation for enhancing the pay of the petitioner at par with the Officers similarly placed. This suggestion is acceptable to Mr. Bajaj. He states, that the representation, to be made shall be considered and disposed of on its merit as expeditiously as possible. In view of the above, Mr. Aly Mirza states the petition be disposed of, as such. Ordered accordingly.
