The present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. (Section 528 of the BNSS) seeks the following prayers: - "a) To pass an order allowing present application of the Petitioner & grant him liberty to withdraw present Petition in the interest of justice;

b) To pass such other/further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the light of facts and circumstances of given case in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the captioned petition, i.e., CRL. M.C. 9392/2023 on the ground that the complaint case bearing CC no. 7476/2021 is disposed of as compounded vide order dated 21.12.2024 on account of mutual settlement between the parties.
