The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a) Quash the FIR No. 168 of 2018 dated 17.08.2018 filed by the Respondent No.3 with the Economic Offences Wing, Delhi and quash all proceedings arising out of the said FIR; b) During the pendency of this petition, grant interim stay on all proceedings arising out of FIR No. 168 of 2018; c) In the interim, issue directions that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners in relation to the FIR No.168 of 20 18;
