The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents no.1 and 2 to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction raised by respondent no.3 at property bearing No. 16/18H, Gali No. 1, Anand Puri, Tank Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 ('subject property').

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 12th February, 2026, SHO, P.S.: Prasad Nagar has filed a status report. 2.1 In terms of the status report, the petitioner resides at a distance of 40 metres from the property in respect of which a demolition is sought. 3.
