Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 628/2021 under Sections 380/34 IPC registered at P.S.: Prem Nagar and proceedings emanating therefrom. Section 411 IPC was subsequently invoked.

After partly making submissions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks withdraw the petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of petitioner to be raised before the learned Trial Court at the stage of charge.
