Petitioner seeks grant of parole in order to attend marriage of her niece. Learned ASC accepts notice and points out that application of petitioner for parole dated 23.07.2025 is pending consideration before the competent authority and the same shall be decided within time prescribed by law. Going by the aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition after passing of the orders by the competent authority.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
