Issue fresh court notice to the Principal Secretary (Revenue), 5 Sham Nath Marg, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and concerned SDM of Nehru Place to file valuation report within four weeks on receipt of the notice.

Copy of last reminder sent to the Authority be attached alongwith the court notice.

Re-notify the matter for awaiting valuation report on 27.03.2019.
