Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 167/2023 under Section 16 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976, Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015, Section 14 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 and Sections 374/323 IPC registered at Police Station Greater Kailash.
