This application has been filed jointly on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC for recording of settlement. 2.
The parties have settled their disputes in mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 3.
The terms of settlement have been recorded in the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 26th May, 2025, which bears the signatures of the parties, and has been filed along with the present application. 4.
The application has been duly signed by the parties and is supported by their respective affidavits.

I have gone through the terms of settlement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 7.

In view of the order passed above in I.A. 18116/2025, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid application and the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 26th May, 2025. The aforesaid settlement and the application shall form part of the decree.

Decree sheet be drawn up in above terms.

All pending applications stand disposed of.

The date already fixed before the Joint Registrar, i.e. 12th August, 2025, stands cancelled.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
