The present petition for transfer of Ct. case No.1186/2021 titled Enforcement Directorate Vs. Rujira Banerjee has been instituted pursuant to the order of the Registrar General of this Court dated 5th August, 2025. The order was passed in view of the order dated 31st July, 2025 passed by Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts noting that the main case under the PMLA, to which the present complaint pertains, is pending before the concerned Court at Rouse Avenue Courts, which is vested with jurisdiction over PMLA matters, and directing that the case be placed before the Registrar General of this Court for appropriate orders.

and General Supervision committee and since the Special Court constituted for dealing with the cases of PMLA is housed at Rouse Avenue District Court, Ct. case No.1186/2021 titled Enforcement Directorate Vs. Rujira Banerjee is transferred to the Designated Court at Rouse Avenue, District Court dealing with the cases of PMLA. Parties are directed to appear before the Transferee Court on 25th August, 2025.
