By the present petition, the petitioner seeks timely conclusion of investigation in FIR No. 557/2024 registered at Police Station Budh Vihar for the offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'). 2.

The FIR was registered only on 30.12.2024. No time frame can be fixed by this Court for the police to conclude the investigation, especially when not much time has elapsed since the registration of the FIR.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the investigation is underway and no unnecessary delay has been caused by the Investigating Officer.

He submits that the final report will be filed expeditiously. 5.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
