After some arguments, learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks liberty to withdraw the present suit to avail his remedy in accordance with law, since admittedly Archaeological Survey of India ('ASI') has not handed over the physical possession of the suit property to the decree holders in pursuance to the final Judgement and Decree dated 27.02.2024 passed by ADJ-01, South District, Saket Court, New Delhi in CS DJ 8914/2016. 2.

The suit alongwith applications is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty reserved to the plaintiff to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
