The present application is filed by the applicant seeking modification of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by this court, whereby, the applicant was directed to be released on interim bail for a period of one week.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

The order dated 11.08.2025 is modified to the extent that the applicant be released on furnishing the bond as mentioned in the order dated 11.08.2025 to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ Duty MM.
