Although there is no representation on behalf of the parties, a perusal of the order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the learned Registrar is indicative of the fact that the counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant had made a submission that he wishes to withdraw the appeal based on the settlement arrived at between the parties.

Since then, a Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2024 has been placed on record.

In view of the facts emerging from the record, we are inclined to close the present appeal.
