Learned counsel appearing for the parties are ad idem that the disputes between the parties stand resolved, and they draw the attention of this Court to the Settlement Agreement dated 21.11.2025 ["Agreement"], which sets out the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between them.

In view of the settlement between the parties and as nothing further survives for consideration in the present matter, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Agreement executed between the parties.

The parties undertake to ensure compliance with their respective obligations as set out in the said Agreement.
