This is a petition filed u/s 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of 9 months to conclude the arbitral proceedings and make and publish the Arbitral Award.

It is stated that during the proceedings, Mr. Rajiv K Luthra expired as a result of which the delay has occurred.

Issue notice. Mr. Bhardwaj, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No. 1 (a) to (c) and Mr. Navet, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the present petition being allowed.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that no averments made in the present petition is admitted. 9.
For the reasons stated above and in view of the no objection, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended from 28.09.2024 till 28.06.2025.

Nothing stated in the petition is admitted by any of the respondents. 11.
The petition is disposed of.
