This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of a Sole Arbitrator, who is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Engineering Procurement and Construction Agreement dated 22.05.2013 and 08.01.2014.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended by order dated 21.09.2023 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 439/ 2023 until 28.08.2024.

Ms. Ritika Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, appears on advance notice, and states that the respondents have no objection to the relief sought.
