The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent to allow the Application of the Petitioner for renewal of the Petitioner's Passport bearing number J4071794 dated 13 November 2023; and (ii) Pass such any other Order, in favour of the Petitioner, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case, and in the interest of justice."
