Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that he does not have any instructions and the case file was returned to the appellant way back in the year 2017.

Since a SMS was received by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant from the Registry, he has appeared, as a matter of principle. 3.

In view of the aforesaid and upon perusal of the record, it is seen that there has been no representation on behalf of the appellant on previous dates of hearing as well.

Thus, the Court is left with no option but to dismiss the instant appeal for the want of prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
