O R D E R

The grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is that his request for information, made vide RTI application dated 03.09.2024, has not been responded to, and the information has been wrongly withheld by the respondent.

During the course of hearing, it transpires that the RTI application pertains to a complaint dated 19.04.2024, filed by the petitioner against Mr. Sunil Kumar, Judicial Officer, PO MACT, Rohini Courts and subsequent complaints on similar lines furnished by the petitioner. 3.

The response furnished to the RTI application clearly refers to letters dated 31.10.2013 and 01.04.2024, addressed by the Deputy Registrar (Vigilance) to the RTI applicant.

correspondence will be entertained on similar issue. 5.

It further transpires that the complaint dated 19.04.2024 was a reiteration of the previous complaint, hence it was rightly intimated to the petitioner that since the petitioner's previous complaints on similar lines have already been closed, no further correspondence on the same subject matter, was liable to be entertained.

In the above circumstances, after some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present challenge, with liberty to avail appropriate judicial remedies assailing the rejection/closure of the complaints submitted by the petitioner, including the complaint dated 19.04.2024.

The present petition is accordingly, dismissed with liberty as prayed for.

It is made clear that this order shall not be construed as an expression of opinion of this Court as regards the merits or maintainability of any recourse that may be taken by the petitioner. 9.
