The present application under Section 44 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - <a) Recall the order dated 01.11.2025 passed in Cont. Cas. (C) No. 1204/2025 as being a nullity;

b) Restore CCP No. 1204/2025 to its original position; c) Pass such other order(s) as deemed fit.= 4.

Vide order dated 01.11.2025, contempt petition bearing no. CONT.CAS(C) 1204/2025 filed on behalf of the petitioner was dismissed after dealing with the submission made on behalf of the petitioner who appeared in person as well as on the basis of the records.
