Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.1074/2015 under Sections 420/467/468 IPC, registered at PS: Saket, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of compromise between the parties. However, the Petition has been filed only under the signatures of the Petitioner and there is no supporting affidavit of Respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file afresh. 3.

The Petition and pending Applications are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
