In the aforesaid bunch of five petitions, the facts and circumstances of the matters in issue appear to be same. 3.

Ms. Shobhana Takiar, learned Standing Counsel for DDA submits on instructions received, that the present area i.e. village Ujwa, Delhi stands urbanized in terms of the relevant notification under Section 507 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 w.e.f. 16.05.2017. It is also submitted at the Bar that the area in question, was handed over to the DDA for development on or about 28.01.2019.

In view of the above admitted position, the present petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the MCD for mutation of the subject properties in their name in the relevant records.
