The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:- "a) issue a writ of certiorari or any other suitable writ, order quashing and setting aside the impugned decision taken by Respondent in its 17th meeting of Standing Committee on Accreditation and Affiliation (SCAA) held on 15th & 16th July, 2024 (at serial No. 1) as circulated/communicated by Respondent by its communication dated 30.07.2024; and/or b) issue writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to the Respondents to to restore the affiliation of Petitioner for 6 (2+2+2) units of Electrician and 2 (1+1) units of Health Sanitary Inspector Trades; and/or c) issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to the Respondent to reflect the status of Petitioner as "Affiliated" on "The Skill India Digital Hub" (SIDH) platform ( earlier NCVT/MIS portal) and to activate the said portal enabling the Petitioner to admit trainees for academic session 2024-25 and to upload their data; and/or"
