The present petition seeks following prayers: "(i) issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus for issuance of immediate directions to the Respondent No. 1 to refund to the Petitioner the stamp duty of Rs. 94,000/- (Rupees Ninety Four Thousand Only) purchased by the Petitioner vide Certificate No.

INDL74492107538789Q;

(ii) issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus for issuance of immediate directions to the Respondent No. 2 to refund to the Petitioner the Registration Fees of Rs. 23,624/- (Rupees Twenty Three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Four Only) purchased by the Petitioner vide eRegistration Fee Receipt No. DL1307351809015; (ii) issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus for issuance of immediate directions to the Respondent No. 1 to refund to the Petitioner the Court Fees of Rs. 49,000/- (Rupees Forty Nine Thousand Only) purchased by the Petitioner vide e-Court Fee Receipt No.

DLCT0610F1938O919."

Mr. Avishkar Singh, ASC for Respondents, on instructions, states that the process for refund of court fees and registration fee has been initiated, and shall be completed within a period of four weeks from today. As regards refund of stamp duty of INR 94,000/- is concerned, they shall within the above timeline, pass a speaking order on Petitioner's representation filed vide Diary no. 8706/SDM/AP dated 23rd January, 2023. 3.

Taking the above statement on record and binding Respondents to the same, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending application. 4.

In case the decision for the refund of stamp duty is adverse to Petitioner, he shall be free to explore their legal options, in accordance with law.
