Parties to the suit as also the applicant Ms.Shriya D/o Sh. Raman Sachdeva have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement/agreement dated 01.10.2015 entered into Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Ms.Shriya is added as defendant to the suit.

Suit is accordingly disposed of and the disputes have been settled and satisfied as payments have been made to the parties, as envisaged under the settlement/agreement dated 01.10.2015.

decree sheet be drawn accordingly in terms of the settlement/agreement dated 01.10.2015 also recording that all the parties have been paid amount due by the defendant No. 1. Parties are left to bear CS(OS) 992/2014

their own costs.

Since the suit is settled before the leading of evidence, plaintiff is held entitled to refund of 50% of the court fee.

Registry will issue necessary certificate in favour of the plaintiff.

The suit is disposed of accordingly.
