Through the instant application, the Applicant seeks restoration of the writ petition.

By an order dated 24th May, 2024, this Court disposed of the writ petition, observing that the Petitioner would be at liberty take appropriate steps, if aggrieved by the closure of his complaint dated 25th May, 2023. In view of this liberty granted, this Court is of the opinion that the restoration of the petition is not required and no further directions are necessary. 3.
With the above directions, the applications are disposed of. 4.
Needless to say, the liberty granted to Petitioner by order dated 24th May, 2024 can be availed by Petitioner, in accordance with law.
