The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking following prayers: "...a) Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondents to issue original graduation degree in B.A. Political Science (Hons.) course to the Petitioner [Enrolment No.SPM-624/14] for the year 2017; and / or;
b) Pass other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case...." 2.
