% 14.08.2018 Status report has been filed by the respondent SDMC on May 02, 2018 and from the same, it is seen that with regard to six coaching Institutes, out of total 9, show cause notices were issued under Section 345A of the DMC Act and thereafter the functioning of the Institutes and the action taken against them are indicated in Annexure-A and Annexure-C. We find from the same that five coaching Institutes as per the chart annexed vide Annexure-C at Sl. No.2, 3, 6, 8 and 9 have been sealed, two coaching Institutes at Sl. No. 4 and 5 have vacated the premises and one coaching Institute at Sl. No. 1 is functioning as it is protected under the

National Territory of Laws (Special Provision) Act and in respect of one coaching Institute / Centre at Sl. No. 7 proceedings are still under process. We are satisfied with the status report filed, particularly the averments made in para 7 supported by the chart Annexure-C and we dispose of the matter in terms of the status report filed.

However, we direct, with regard to one coaching Institute at Sl. No. 7 of the chart Annexure-C that the action be taken and brought to its logical conclusion at an earlier date.
