Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is significant development in the matter as the girl in question has already been recovered on 12.03.2026.

He also submits that her statement has also been recorded and she has also been produced before Child Welfare Committee (CWC). 4.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the girl has already been recovered, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing with the present petition as the prayer stands satisfied. 5.

In view of the abovesaid fact, the present petition is disposed of, as not pressed.
