% 09.08.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the accompanying application, the petitioner reserving the right to raise these contentions in fresh challenge in accordance with law in the event of responsibility to pay maintenance allowance being fastened against him by the court of Metropolitan Magistrate.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
