% 01.03.2017 The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of interim bail for a period of four weeks in FIR No.133/2010, under Sections 365/302/201/404/34 IPC, Police Station South Rohini.

In the application, it is mentioned that the mother of the petitioner had expired on 26.11.2016 and the petitioner did not attend the last rites of his mother.

It is further mentioned that the family members of the petitioners wanted to perform all the last rites of the departed soul by way of "Chamai" which is going to be held on 07.03.2017 and the presence of the petitioner is necessary being son of the deceased to perform the said last rites. The petitioner has prayed for the grant of four weeks interim bail to perform the said last

rites of his deceased mother.

In the facts and circumstances mentioned above, the petitioner/ accused is allowed to be taken in custody parole to Village Gaghol, Tehsil Meerut, Uttar Pradesh for 07.03.2017 to perform the last rites of his deceased mother, if the petitioner/accused so desires.
