It is pointed out that the prosecution evidence has almost completed.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that only the Investigating Officer in the present case is left to be examined.

He assures that the concerned Investigating Officer would be present before the learned Trial Court on the next date of hearing for examination.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present application at this stage. 5.
