The petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.38/14 under Sections 420 IPC and Section 4 Prize Chit & Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978 registered at Police Station Dwarka North. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the complainant and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2017.
It is informed that in some FIRs lodged against him, the matter has been settled and the petitioner has been granted bail by the Courts below.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, volunteered to deposit `3,00,000/- without prejudice with the Registrar General of this Court within two weeks. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner's offer to deposit `3,00,000/-, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall deposit `3,00,000/- within two weeks before the Registrar General of this Court without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any).
The amount so deposited shall be kept in an interest bearing FDR.
